We collect only the information necessary to operate and improve the Sommigo.ai platform.

a. Business & Account Information

  • Restaurant name, contact name, phone number, and email address
  • Billing address and payment details (processed securely via Stripe, our third-party payment processor)
  • Business location and operating hours
  • Menu information and wine list details

b. Sales Data from POS Integration

We integrate with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems via one-way, read-only data feeds. We only access:

  • Item-level sales data (e.g., wine and food items sold)
  • Timestamps, menu item names, prices, and quantities

  • Communications: Up to 2 years
  • Anonymized usage data: Indefinitely for analytical purposes

Our Service is intended for business use only and not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.
